Alessandra has been working in the cleaning sector for over 7 years. She is also an entrepreneur leading Blive, a cleaning company leveraging the market with a deep understanding of cleaning. She also shares her extensive experience training her teams. Alessandra is continually studying how to offer the best experience and well-being for Blive customers.
Alessandra has been working in the cleaning sector for over 7 years. She is also an entrepreneur leading Blive, a cleaning company leveraging the market with a deep understanding of cleaning. She also shares her extensive experience training her teams. Alessandra is continually studying how to offer the best experience and well-being for Blive customers.
Her first experience in the cleaning industry spanned from 2017 to 2018, during which she worked for a cleaning company and received extensive training, gaining valuable knowledge. In the same period, she welcomed her beautiful daughter, Charlotte. By the end of 2018, she had begun acquiring her own clients.
In 2021, motivated by her daughter’s future and after leaving a job she loved, she decided it was time to expand and establish her own company. Originally known as Ale Cleaning Service, she rebranded the business to Blive in 2024, seeking a name that was both meaningful and unique.
The name Blive is deeply meaningful to her, symbolizing a blend of become + believe + life = Blive. Alessandra believes that anyone can build a better, life-changing future.
Her primary inspirations are her daughter and her mother, whose determination and strength she finds admirable. Her mother raised nine children, one of whom has special needs, showcasing incredible resilience. Alessandra spent her early years on a small farm until the age of 11, when she moved to a family friend’s home in a small town to pursue her education, ultimately earning two degrees.
Alessandra’s background has significantly shaped who she is today—a woman, mother, wife, and entrepreneur. She holds the belief that success is unattainable without purpose and gratitude. She aims to bring relief and transformation to people’s lives by serving the community, sharing her experiences, empowering women, and giving back to those in need.

Alessandra loves dogs and cooking fusion foods. When not working, she loves relaxing at home or spending quality time with her family and close friends.
