Alessandra Nolasco
Alessandra is a dedicated professional with years of experience in the cleaning industry. As our leader at Blive, she shares her comprehensive knowledge with the team through carefully designed and detailed training. Of course, her expertise doesn’t end there, as she continually keeps pace with best industry practices in order to offer our customers the best possible service that puts their happiness and well-being above all else.
Alessandra’s experience in the cleaning industry began in 2017, when she received extensive training. This first year of her journey was particularly important as she acquired valuable skills and knowledge, welcomed her beautiful daughter Charlotte, and started getting her own clients, all by the end of 2018.
In 2021, she established her own company, originally known as Ale Cleaning Service. After several years of successful operation, she decided it was time for a more unique and meaningful name, and rebranded her business to Blive Cleaning. This name symbolizes a blend of three profound concepts: believe, become, life.
She draws inspiration from her mother – a strong, determined, and loving woman who has raised nine children, one of them with special needs. Alessandra spent her early childhood on a small farm, before moving to a family friend’s small-town home in pursuit of education, successfully completing two degrees.
This journey has greatly contributed to the person she is today – a mother, wife, entrepreneur, dog lover, and fusion food aficionado who enjoys spending quality time with family and close friends. She strongly believes that, without gratitude and purpose, obtaining success is nearly impossible. Her mission is to transform people’s lives by giving back to the community, sharing her experiences, and empowering women.
